- “Parent/Guardian” refers to the person responsible for the student’s enrollment and payments.
- “Services” refers to all classes, programs, online sessions, materials, or activities conducted by us.

2. Enrollment & Registration
- Registration must be completed by a parent/guardian for students under 18.
- All details provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment at our discretion.
3. Class Schedules
- Class schedules will be provided upon enrollment.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any class schedule if necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated through WhatsApp, email, or our official channels.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
- All tuition fees must be paid before classes commence each month.
- Payments can be made through our website using WooCommerce-supported payment gateways.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of class access.
- Fees paid are non-refundable, except for specific circumstances outlined under Section 12 (Refund Policy).
5. Attendance & Punctuality
- Students are expected to attend classes on time.
- For online classes, students must join using their registered name.
- Missed classes will not be refunded unless caused by technical or scheduling issues on our side.
6. Conduct & Discipline
Students are required to:
- Maintain respectful behavior towards teachers and peers.
- Avoid any disruptive actions during classes.
- Follow all instructions given by teachers or administrative staff.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for repeated misconduct.
7. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property
- All learning materials, notes, modules, videos, and class recordings remain the intellectual property of the center.
- Students/parents may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publish any materials without permission.
- Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
8. Online Classes & Technical Requirements
For online learning, students must ensure:
- Stable internet connection
- Working microphone and camera (if required)
- Use of Zoom, Google Meet, or any platform specified
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s device or internet issues.
9. Parental Responsibilities
Parents/guardians agree to:
- Ensure timely payment of fees
- Monitor student progress
- Provide correct contact details
- Ensure a conducive learning environment at home for online classes
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information for academic and administrative purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any loss caused by misuse of our website
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from service usage
Our total liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the total fees paid in the last 3 months.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under these conditions:
- Class cancellation initiated by the center
- Serious medical conditions preventing attendance (with proof)
- System or administrative errors on our side
Trial classes are provided where applicable.
Refunds due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or student non-attendance are not eligible.
13. Suspension or Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate enrollment if:
- Fees are unpaid
- Student repeatedly violates class rules
- Misuse of learning materials occurs
- Fraudulent registration information is detected
No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to misconduct.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
